To Revision the Engineering Work Package

From the Engineering panel, select Engineering Work Packages. The Engineering Work Packages window opens.
Select the Engineering Work Package you want to revision. The <Title - Description of Work Package> window opens.
Select the Gear Icon > Revision package. The Revision <work package name> window opens.
Note: Information from the previous revision displays for the Title, Package type, Discipline, and Description. You cannot edit these fields.
From the Status field, select the status. Status choices are Not IFC, IFC with holds, and IFC.
From the Data Provider drop down, select the appropriate provider.
From the calendar popup, if necessary, change the Date received. By default, the date from the previous revision displays in the field.
In the Notes text box, add any additional information you want to include about the EWP.
Select the Schedule tab.
From the drop downs, select the WBS number and Task description.
From the calendar popup, select the planned start and finish dates and actual start and finish dates.
Select Save and Next. The new revision is created. A new row appears in the Revisions list in the General information tab.
Upload files to the EWP. The new revision is empty of all files by default. Note that you can only upload files to the current revision.
Files that are identical to the files in the previous revision of the EWP display in the list with the same revision number as in the previous EWP revision. When you upload a new version of a file to the EWP, the revision number increases by 1.
